NGO "PRAVOZAKHYSNYI KONTROL"
NGO "PRAVOZAKHYSNYI KONTROL" (hereinafter referred to as NGO "PRAVOZAKHYSNYI KONTROL") was registered on 05/26/2016 by the Main Territorial Department of Justice in the Rivne region.
NGO "PRAVOZAKHYSNYI KONTROL" is an independent non-political non-profit organization that sees its mission as the development of civil society, training and education in the field of human rights, monitoring the observance of human rights, and defending public interests using human rights protection mechanisms.
The founders of the NGO "PRAVOAZAKHYSNYI KONTROL" are lawyers:
- Voloshyn Leonid Serhiyovych - head of the NGO, lawyer of Ukraine, head of the Lawyers' Association "Voloshyn and Partners".
- Kuzmenyuk Nataliya Mykhailivna - lawyer of Ukraine.
- Voloshyn Serhiy Gennadiyovych - lawyer of Ukraine.
- Voloshyn Viktoriya Serhiyivna - lawyer of Ukraine.
- Antonyuk Pavlo Heorhiyovych - lawyer of Ukraine.
- Olenich Iryna Vadymivna - assistant to lawyer Voloshyn Leonid Serhiyovych
- Melnyk Ivan Andriyovych - assistant to lawyer Voloshyn Leonid Serhiyovych
- Franko Iryna Yuriyivna - training practice with a lawyer
All members of the NGO "PRAVOAZAKHYSNYI KONTROL" have:
- knowledge in the field of legal activity and jurisprudence;
- experience in legal activity for more than 10 years.
The NGO "PRAVOAKHYSNYY KONTROL" has been actively involved in public activities in the field of legal protection of citizens since its first days.
In order to provide legal protection to citizens, members of the public organization, by all possible legal means, constantly provide support, assistance and protection of violated human rights on a free basis.
The goal of the NGO "PRAVOAKHYSNYY KONTROL" is to unite public initiatives to carry out activities to build civil society in Ukraine and the rule of law, as well as promoting the implementation, protection and affirmation of the inviolability and inalienability of constitutional and internationally recognized rights, freedoms, and legitimate interests of man and citizen.
MAIN TASKS OF THE PUBLIC ORGANIZATION "PRAVOZAKHYSNYI KONTROL":
- Promoting the process of developing the rule of law in Ukraine, promoting the establishment of the rule of law in society, ensuring equality of rights and freedoms of citizens of Ukraine of all nationalities.
- Promoting the harmonization of Ukrainian legislation with international legislation recognized by Ukraine, and its reform using the experience of developed democratic countries.
- Promoting equal opportunities for citizens.
- Promoting the implementation of anti-discrimination practices.
- Supporting measures aimed at assistance in reconciling group interests in order to overcome conflicts and establish civil harmony.
- Cooperation with state and non-state institutions and organizations in order to achieve the goals and objectives of the organization.
- Promoting the level of legal education and legal awareness of citizens;
- Joining the efforts of members of the organization to realize their intellectual and professional potential;
- Promoting the process of harmonizing social relations in society, educational, scientific and spiritual and cultural development of citizens, the formation of friendly relations between the peoples of Ukraine and other states;
- Protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens who turn to the organization for help.
